Home workout routines seem to be all the rage these days. There are people training at home for fat loss, muscle building, and becoming home athletes right in the comfort of their own home.
I mean, even professional basketball players such as Kobe Bryant need to train in multi-million dollar gyms so how is it possible that you can get amazing home work out right from your home?
Well with today’s technology, especially with things like the IPad, you can literally workout anywhere, even in your own hotel room.
If you want to burn fat at home you can do that. There are plenty of great home workouts to help you do that. However, if you want to build muscle, then that’s a whole other story.
These days, you really do need to go the gym or if you want to workout at home, then you really need to go the gym. The reason behind this is because you need super heavy weights and resistance to effectively build muscle. There is no way that workouts by people like Chris Hemsworth or Taylor Lautner are able to get you in shape no matter how effective they are. They might be able to help you lose weight and become an overall healthier person, but I can guarantee they will not help you build a more than noticeable amount of muscle mass.
So bottom line – home workouts are good for getting in decent shape, but they can not turn you into pro athletes.
